Here are the guidelines to use this process....

Online credit card Instruction

Member Registration:

Member registration requires a Municipality Code, which is provided by your utility. This code has to match upper and lower case exactly to be accepted.

The First Name, Last Name, Account # has to match exactly what is on your utility bill card.

You can use any Username you make up or Password you create, but please write them down so you will not lose or forget them.

The Town does not have this available at Town Hall nor does the Town apply any fees associated. Therefore it is your choice to use.

Meters will be read by the 20th of every month (or 1st working day thereafter) and bills mailed out the 28th of every month (or 1st working day thereafter).

Payment will be due by the 15th day of the following month (or 1st working day thereafter) and will be considered delinquent if not paid by that date.  Non-payment by the due date will result in a late charge penalty equal to 10% of bill.  Non-payment within 60 days from the due date will result in water being turned off and will not be reconnected until all past due charges have been fully paid which will include a reconnection fee of $25.00.

Commercial Customers

This category applies to all services not classified as residential or non-profit organizations.

2,001 – 3,000
3,001 – 4,000
4,001 – 5,000
5,001 – 6,000
6,001 – 7,000
7,001 – 8,000
8,001 – 9,000
9,001 – 10,000

Over 10,001 – Add $5 for each 1,000 gallons used

Customer is expected to pay the monthly availability fee whether or not service is used.
