• BILL PAY THROUGH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION: Many banks and credit unions offer their customers the ability to pay bills directly from their checking or savings accounts using a Bill Pay service. Please contact your financial institution to inquire about this service. Most Bill Pay services will ask for a remittance address and account number which can be found on your water bill card.
  
  
• ONLINE: Visit the website www.ub-pay.com to pay your water bill through UB Max. UB Max is a third-party utility billing service. It is not managed by Town of Pierson. Service fees will apply to any online payments made.
  
  Click Member Registration on the UB Max website. Member registration requires a Municipality Code. This code has to match upper and lower case exactly to be accepted.

  The First Name, Last Name, and Account # must match exactly what is shown on your utility bill card.
  
  Enter a username, password, and e-mail address of your choosing.
