Five things to help stop the spread of coronavirus

The World Health Organization is advising people to follow five simple steps to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:


 🧼 1. Wash your hands

💪 2. Cough/sneeze into your elbow

🤦🏻‍♀️ 3. Don't touch your face

📏 4. Stay more than 3ft (1m) away from others

🏡 5. Stay home and practice social distancing

Also Wash your hands when: 

🧼 after coughing or sneezing

🧼 when caring for the sick

🧼 before, during & after you prepare food

🧼 before eating

🧼 after toilet use

🧼 when hands are visibly dirty

🧼 after handling animals or animal waste

OFFER FREE MEALS FOR STUDENTS WEEK OF APRIL 13, 2020

Hello VCS Families and Staff,
 
We are happy to announce, School Way Café is now going to be able to hand out multiple days’ worth of meals at our food distribution sites at both schools and bus drop-off locations. This will limit the number of trips for students and families and limit exposure, while still providing the same number of meals for students per week.

This new distribution schedule will begin Monday,

April 13th, 2020. Here is how it will work:

• On Mondays, students will receive breakfast and lunch for MONDAY and TUESDAY

• On Wednesdays, students will receive breakfast and lunch for WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY  

• On Fridays, (no change) students will receive breakfast and lunch for FRIDAY, SATURDAY, and SUNDAY. 

The time of day and locations will stay the same. Here are the lists of school and bus drop off sites:
