Pay Bill

The Town of Pierson offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents.

  • IN PERSON: Pierson Town Center, 116 W. 1st Ave, Pierson, FL 32180 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

  • BY MAIL: Town of Pierson Utilities, 116 W. 1st Ave, Pierson, FL 32180

  • BILL PAY THROUGH FINANCIAL INSTITUTION: Many banks and credit unions offer their customers the ability to pay bills directly from their checking or savings accounts using a Bill Pay service. Please contact your financial institution to inquire about this service. Most Bill Pay services will ask for a remittance address and account number which can be found on your water bill.

  • ONLINE: The Town of Pierson has recently upgraded to gWorks, a new water billing system. Your previous account login with UB Max will no longer work. The gWorks service will allow you to view and pay your bills online, enroll in automatic payments, and more. Click here to log in or register with gWorks. Follow the directions below to create an account.

    Note: gWorks is a third-party utility billing service. It is not managed by Town of Pierson. Service fees may apply to any online payments made.



CREATING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT

 

STEP 1: Visit the gWorks FrontDesk website for the Town of Pierson: https://townofpierson.frontdeskgworks.com

This website is where you will log in to view and manage your account. Please add this to your favorites or bookmarks.


STEP 2: Under the blue Login button, click Don't have an account? Create Now.

If you previously used the old system, you can first try clicking the "Forgot Password?" link and entering your previously-used e-mail address to attempt an account reset. If this does not work, try creating a new account or contact us if you are having issues.

 


STEP 3: Select "Yes" for the question "Are you already receiving utility bills from us?" Enter your Account Number and Service Address exactly as it appears on your water bill, then click Next.

 


STEP 4: This screen will verify the Account Number and Service Address you entered. If this is correct, click Next. Otherwise, click Back to Edit.

 


STEP 5: Select your Account Type from the drop-down menu. You may select Citizen if you have residential water service at your home, or Business if you have commercial water service at your business location. Enter your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, and the password you would like to use for your account login. Check the box to accept paperless billing (you can change this in your settings later if you would still like to receive a paper bill). Finally, click Create Account.

 


STEP 6: If your account registration was successful, you should see a message prompting you to check your e-mail for a verification link to complete the registration process.

 


STEP 7: Check your e-mail. You should receive a confirmation message from gWorks FrontDesk with a verification link. To complete the verification process and log in to your account, click either the Confirm FrontDesk button or the verification link in the e-mail.

Please remember to check your Junk or Spam folder if you do not see the e-mail in your Inbox.

 


STEP 8: A confirmation message should be displayed in your browser after clicking the verification link in your e-mail. You may now click the link to log in to your account. 

 


If you experience any issues with creating an account, please contact us and let us know. We will try our best to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, glitches and errors are not uncommon when converting to a new system. Some older accounts may need to be created manually.
