2026 Elections
The next General Election is November 3, 2026. Seats 1, 2, and 3 will be up for election. To qualify for election, a candidate must follow the steps outlined by the Volusia County Supervisor of Elections. That information can be found on the Supervisor of Elections website here:

Qualifying begins at noon on Monday, June 8, 2026 and ends at noon on Friday, June 12, 2026. The following documents will be required:
- Appointment of Campaign Treasurer & Designation of Campaign Depository (Form DS-DE 9)
- Statement of Candidate (Form DS-DE 84)
- Loyalty Oath (Form DS-DE 302NP)
- Form 1 Statement of Financial Interests (this is filed online; you must show a receipt of filing or provide a copy)
- Check for qualifying fee (Check must be drawn on a campaign account)
Qualifying fee information and candidate packets can be picked up at the Clerk's Office in Pierson Town Center, 116 W. 1st Ave, Pierson.
